I ๐Ÿ’— #Squats. (No I don’t, but I love the feeling afterwards). This morning was rough for me๐Ÿ˜“. I woke up tired๐Ÿ’ค, unmotivated, and angry๐Ÿ˜ก. But I took that energy and channeled๐Ÿ”€ it into my #legday #workout. I finished the workout I planned for myself, but my body was craving more so I KEPT GOING ๐Ÿ’ชuntil I felt satisfied. Now my legs are jello and the weight on my shoulders is gone. Funny how lifting helps that ๐Ÿ˜‰ SO If you’re feeling icky, don’t sit in that shit. MOVE and the ick will move too.
This is me (hi๐Ÿ‘‹) I’m not a fitness model and I’m not an expert. But every day I learn ๐Ÿ’ก a little bit more and get a little bit better. It’s not about perfection, it’s about #progress. The only way to get better is to #getup and #getmoving ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ’ข

So this is what I’ve been eating for breakfast every ๐Ÿ‘ single ๐Ÿ‘ day ๐Ÿ‘ because I’m so obsessed with it. My mom used to make a not-so-healthy version of these when I was little so I โœจhealthifiedโœจ them. These are ๐Ÿ™ŒCottage Cheese Latkes๐Ÿ™Œ, and before you go telling me that you don’t like cottage cheese, sit down and listenโ˜๏ธ. These are the gooiest creamiest most amazing bite of food in the world and I SWEAR you will love them๐Ÿ’—. So here’s the recipe.

๐Ÿด1 egg
๐Ÿด1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
๐Ÿด 1/4 c oat flour 
๐Ÿด 1/2 c fat free cottage cheese
๐Ÿด 1 tsp vanilla

Mix, pan fry, top with a stevia/cinnamon blend. Macros are 24 pro/ 28 carbs (4 fiber)/ 9 fat
